The visual perception
of the Platonic Solids
is strongly connected to the evolution of mankind and its society. Although the initial analogy was instinctive, further analysis will provide insights on physical connections between their attributes.
The heat of the fire is sharp, the air is so thin you can barely feel it, water pours from the hands that lifts it and soil crumbles – Plato, Timaeus.
The duality of the elements
remains a core analogy, being a physical property. A diagram of the attributes of elements will match the one of the polyhedron dualities.
The fire is hot and dry, air is wet and hot, water is cold and wet, where as the soil dry and cold.
